[cisco-voip] Two different Call Managers DNs on one phone set

As others noted, exactly this isn't possible, but have you considered 
call forwarding/call routing to go around it?

Have a DN on the 5.1 and one on the 3.5, then forward the DN from the 
3.5 to the DN on the 5.1

Also, if it's really important, calls going out from this DN can be 
routed through the 3.5 system.

Admittedly, this solution is far from perfect, but it might solve the 
problem.
