The reason I suggesting calling TAC, is because they will have the
info and will give it to you readily... it will take 15 mins... you
don't have to open a tac case... just give them the SN and say, 'what
part number is that, and is it still under contract...' give them a
story about wanting to renew and crap... they will be more than
helpful.
