You could also try signing up for the SCC tool ,
http://www.ciscoc.com/go/scc , and once you have been granted access
you can plug in a serial # and see if it is under contract or not and
it will give part number (not sure about servers - don't have a server
serial # handy to try). If it is under contract, it will just say it
is under contract or not. If the serial # is under a contract your
entitled to I believe you'll get more details on the coverage.
