[cisco-voip] publisher / subscriber across a WAN link

Background: Publisher and subscriber at different sites. 6MB MFR between the two. MFR link is highly utilized by data traffic. Two seperate callmanager groups, 1st group for phones "local" to publisher, publisher is 1st CM for registration. 2nd group for phones "local" to subscriber, subscriber is 1st CM for registration in that group. Unity is next to publisher in 1st group. QoS is configured between the two sites.
   
  We seem to be having issues primarily with hunt lists registered to 2nd group being called by unity (registered to 1st group). Calls just "hang". Reset the HL and works fine for several days.
   
  Question: Anyone else have a setup close to this? If so, how is your QoS configured? Having any issues?
