[cisco-voip] TAPS Cisco Call Manager 6.1

What version of IPCC Express are you using?  Only 5.0(2) will work with 6.1
and you can't download it from Cisco.  I have an IPCC Express implementation
and it is 5.0(1)sr2 and that doesn't work with 6.1.  I had to go through the
PUT tool and order the upgrade for 5.0(2).

Did you create a trigger, is the CTI RP (as well as the CTI Ports)
registered with CCM?

Does the phone have a CSS to call the partition that that trigger is in?

Are you using G729?
