Look at the compatibility matrix for CRS not CCM.  Go to Support > Voice
Communications > UCCX > Compatibility Information > Cisco Customer Response
Solutions (CRS) Software and Hardware Compatibility Guide (February 18,
2008) (PDF - 8 MB)

There is also CRS 6 but that is only for CCM 4.3

Here are the supported version:

CRS 5.0(1) SR2	
5.1(1b) - JTAPI 3.1(1.4)		File name 5.1.1.3000-5
