callref = 0x80B2
Progress Ind i = 0x8088 - In-band info or appropriate now available
Mar 18 10:56:55.930 GMT: ISDN Se4/1:15 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8
callref = 0x00B2
Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing
Upon receipt of the Progress message audio should have been cut
through to your user so they could hear ringback. The TX ->
Disconnect means CUCM initiated the disconnect and Normal call
clearing indicates it was because the caller hung up the phone.
At this point I'd ask the user what they heard that caused them to
hang up the phone?

We have a E1 trunk to a mobile carrier for cheaper calls. Some blocks
of numbers will not complete/connect. However if we ring the number
via a trunk to another carrier it works fine.
My hunch is we are disconnecting because we are not getting ALERTING
back quickly enough. However looking at the T timers I can not see one
that might be causing the issue. Looking for suggestions/ideas ?
It is callmanager 6 and it is an IOS gateway being controlled by MGCP.
