[cisco-voip] Temp Fail message on phones

Specifically Temp Fail means a device your phone was talking to
unregistered. In the case of an H.323 gateway was there any MTP
invoked for the call?

Started seeing this error message last week at a remote location
connected via MPLS on several phones intermittently. People are
actually on a phone call and get disconnected when the message
appears. After searching the archives it looks like there are
multiple possibilites for the cause of this message: Packet loss, DSP
issues, Codec mismatch, MGCP gateways unregistering, etc.

Anyone have a clue what the likely cause would be when you have an H.
323 gateway and calls are already connected but get dropped in the
middle?
