[cisco-voip] 6.1.1 Upgrade - Can not get the phones to register

When I run the License Unit Report I have a Phone License Feature with 100 units authorized and a CCM Node Licence feature with 2 units authorized. Before I added these two licence files there was a licupgrade_6.1.lic file.

Did you get a CCM6 feature license on the Publisher?
If you didn't the CCM service will just terminate.
