There are three sections in the License Unit Report. Phone License
Feature (DLUs), CCM Node License Feature (number of nodes in the
cluster), and Software License. This last one is the new part, and
most likely the one you are missing.

When I run the License Unit Report I have a Phone License Feature
with 100 units authorized and a CCM Node Licence feature with 2 units
authorized. Before I added these two licence files there was a
licupgrade_6.1.lic file.

Did you get a CCM6 feature license on the Publisher?
