Hi Steve - My first recommendation on this would be to do a factory-default.
If this is not "the fix".... and if it is a new phone, you may to request a
DOA replacement. HTH.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Error Message on Phone (firmware?)

I am getting this message every day from a particular phone. We are running
CM 4.1.(6) and the recent service release included a firmware update from
8.2.1 to 8.3.3. I think it has something to do with the firmware, but we
have only gotten 2 or 3 of these messages firmwide and that includes at
least 1000 phones. Should I try a "factory reset" on the phone to push the
software or leave it alone?
