That particular bug is specific to the software CFB and shouldn't impact
MOH. Which users are hearing the volume get quite upon retreiving a call on
hold? In fact when you hold and resume a call your phone sets up an
entirely new RTP stream to the destination device so even if the person on
hold heard quiet MOH this wouldn't have anything at all to do with the audio
stream from your phone after you resume the call.

CSCsi92454 was fixed in 5.1.2.1101-4 and should be very obvious as the audio
gets quieter each time a participant joins a conference. I believe 5.1.2b
is 5.1.2.3000-4 so you should have the fix for this issue. Please open a
TAC SR if you think you are hitting it in a version past where it should be
fixed.
If in doubt you can download 5.1.2.3114-1 from
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/CUCM-ES5X.

Guys,

I think that customer are hitting the CSCsi92454. Couple of times I got some
reports that volume level during Adhoc conference become quieter. Anyway, I
am also getting lots complains from the customer that volume level become
quieter when user retrieve call from hold.

Bug tool are showing that CSCsi92454 bug is related to media_str_app, which
means that MoH also can be affected. What do you think - is my conclusion
correct ?

Wes, any thoughts ?

Thanks as always.

Mladen
