[cisco-voip] 15 second delay in Directory Handler when pressing0

Karl - You might start with taking a look at all the pattern that match the
3305 plus longer digits. Also, check the translation patterns that you have
configured. Is there one for the operator that can be causing this. Do you
have the transfer set to supervise?

I have checked that already. I am actually transferring to extension 3305
as the Operator Extension. Besides, I have changed my interdigit timeout to
6 seconds in Call Manager from the standard 15 seconds so it would only be a
6 second delay if I had an overlapping pattern. In further testing, if I
change the "If the caller has no input" option to transfer to the Operator,
then it goes right away after the 5 second delay (that is the timer if the
user presses no options).

I am stumped on this one.

I'd guess that you might have another conflicting number that starts with 0
that is in the same CSS.
