[cisco-voip] Best way of setting up operator/receptionist with attendant console?

Running CM 4.1(3) and I have a situation where we are now kind of
sharing our CallManager with another business group that is moving
into our building. One of the things I am working on is the best way
to handle their own main line and operator/receptionist.
I know there are many ways to accomplish the same thing usually in CM
but wanted to see what others are doing and any suggestions.
Its been many years since setting up an operator using attendant
console, and originally I had to have different lines in different
partitions and all the ring no answers or busy set to pass to the next
line on the operators phone and so on. Quite the mess.
Now with the ability to set the max number of calls on one line and
the busy trigger your able to clean this up alot.
They want something simple, main line should ring to operator. If the
operator does not answer it goes to call handler which plays greeting
"thanks for calling so and so, enter an extension if you know it,
press 4 for a directory or 0 for the operator".
I can just setup a phone with the main line, set a high max number of
calls and busy trigger, and set things to forward to a call handler if
busy or no answer.
I could setup attendant console to assist the operator.
All pretty easy it seems, but wondering if there is something I am
missing, or a better more efficient way of setting this up.
Any suggestions appreciated.
