Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCCx 8khz 8bit uLaw

What is everyone using to convert their .wav files so they can be read
in IPCCx?

All my .wav files sound great until I convert it to CCITT uLaw 8kzh
8bit. There is more static on the phone than I would like.
