I simply use Jet audio software to convert .wav files format into CCITT
uLaw and it works great

What is everyone using to convert their .wav files so they can be read
in IPCCx?
All my .wav files sound great until I convert it to CCITT uLaw 8kzh
8bit. There is more static on the phone than I would like.
