[cisco-voip] IPCCx script changes on the fly

Lets say I have two projects both using the same script, but different prompts.

I have all the prompts uploaded for the test application and everything is a go. Can I simply change the prompts on the production system then update with no downtime or will there be a small glitch to inbound calls during this time?
