[cisco-voip] IPCCx script changes on the fly

No downtime, unless you accidentally mess up the script. The people
called in before the change will hear the old prompt, new callers will
hear the new prompt.
With any scripts, it's always best to parameter-ize (sp?) the prompts so
they can be changed without editing the script but through the
application administrator.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCCx script changes on the fly
Lets say I have two projects both using the same script, but different
prompts.
I have all the prompts uploaded for the test application and everything
is a go. Can I simply change the prompts on the production system then
update with no downtime or will there be a small glitch to inbound calls
during this time?
