[cisco-voip] CER upgrade doc?

Umm... not sure about the doc, there are no install/upgrade guides at
the doco site...

Which is really sad... what is Cisco doing with their website???

But.

Run the DMA for whatever version of CCM you are upgrading to; then
pull the tiny tar file it creates off of the server and upgrade during
install when you install CER 2.0

You want to upgrade to 2.0(3) after... 2.0(1) and 2 are buggy...
