[cisco-voip] Redirecting Number and Unity ?

Dealing with an issue right now that I don't quite know how to resolve.

We had a sales person who had their own number and was working from
home, just a land line with local telco. They decide to move into the
office so I give them a new IP phone and one of the local extensions
with a DID. Tell the person that when they decide to move in just
have telco forward the number to the new DID I gave them.

I tested that I could call in, and setup a call handler for this due
to some needs and not wanting voicemail.

Anyway, everything worked with the stuff I setup. But now on his old
number that telco is forwarding when it hits unity it does not hit the
call handler. I can call the number I setup and it works, but when
calling his number which forwards to the number I setup it does not.

I notice in the isdn q931 messages it shows something like this:

        Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, '9726545418'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National
        Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '9724562500'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National
        Redirecting Number i = '!', 0x008F, '9722375323'

Only thing I can figure is that unity is not seeing the 2500, but is
seeing the 5323 of the redirecting number?

Any thoughts on this?
