[cisco-voip] Shared lines

Hi,

Got a bit of a strange one here. We are running CCM 6.0 and i am
trying to configure a PA's 7961 phone with expansion module. I can get
the PA's ext on the phone, plus 2 more managers extensions as well as
the managers second lines. However when i try a 4th manager's
extension or even the 5th managers' extension it does not display on
the expansion module. on CCM it displays correctly but it just does
not show on the expansion module.

Any ideas
