[cisco-voip] Mobility Manager 1.2 w/CUCM5.1.1 strip calling number digit

In our CUCM 5.1.1 PSTN gateways pre-pend a 9,1 onto the calling number
on every inbound PSTN call to the cluster. This is set from a
cluster-wide service parameter as I recall.

My problem is when a DN is under shared CTI control for Mobility Manager
the outgoing CallID, ie, Calling Party Number sent to the remote cell
phone retains the 9,1 digits.

I would appreciated any advise on where to strip or transform Calling
Party Numbers in a Mobility Manager 1.2 setup.

Thanks,
Tom Grisham
