[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity server Error event, CiscoUnity_AvCs[100]

Haven't seen it, but considering an exception is being thrown, it's 
probably a bug. The error is coming from ExchangeMonitor, do you see any 
other errors around the same time? Like your exchange server going 
on/offline, MWI resync starting, etc?
