[cisco-voip] Import data of different cluster into one

We migrated phones/users from one cluster to another for a client using BAT to export the data which we then imported via BAT on the new cluster. PTs, CSSs, RPs, etc., we built manually. I would assume there is a better way with AXL, but this worked.

How it can be possible to pull data of one cluster to another. I need to import data of different cluster into one Publisher having CCM 4.1.3.
