[cisco-voip] Import data of different cluster into one

Hi,

i don't have any idea about AXL. How can I use it for this purpose

We migrated phones/users from one cluster to another for a client using
BAT to export the data which we then imported via BAT on the new
cluster. PTs, CSSs, RPs, etc., we built manually. I would assume there
is a better way with AXL, but this worked.
