[cisco-voip] Making outbound calls

Hi, I have a funny query from one of my colleagues.  He wants to prefix a 83 to all calls on a route list, which he does, but once the call is made the IP phone display shows the 83xxxxxxxx for the outbound call.

See prefix. I need to drop the 83.
