[cisco-voip] SDLLinkOutOfService Error?

my guess is they are aligning their product versions for everything now, most of the other UC offerings went to version 6 with CM 6.0 regardless of their "real" next version, with Version 7 i guess they are adding unity to the mix

This is not CTI specific...

SDL is the Database link between the two (or more) servers... my guess
is your WAN bounced...
