[cisco-voip] SDLLinkOutOfService Error?

The error can apply to both CCM and CTI services and in this case it
is related to CCM (app id 100). The TCP connection that node 2
opened to node 1 in this case has been dropped for some reason. This
could be a network issue, it could be that the remote server was
rebooted or that the ccm service was restarted.
There will be a specific error in the CCM SDL trace at that time
period that tells you why it dropped (at least from the application's
pov). If it was a transient network issue only a packet capture can
confirm what happened.

Just got the following error from CallManager 5.1.3a, for both nodes
in our cluster:
SDLLinkOOS LocalNodeId : 2 LocalApplicationID : 100 RemoteIPAddress :
10.255.251.10 RemoteNodeID : 1 RemoteApplicationID : 100 LinkID :
2:100:1:100 The alarm is generated on Sat May 03 10:40:11 EDT 2008.
From what I’ve been able to tell, this means the CTI Managers on
each node lost communication. I’ve restarted the service on both
nodes, haven’t received any type of follow up errors. Is it actually
the CTI Managers? Is there anything else that needs to be done for this?
