Create a route pattern for that exact number (or range) and put it in
the same partition as your generic LD pattern. Don't require FAC on
that pattern. It will be more specific than the LD route pattern so it
will be used instead of the generic one when a call matches it.
Excluding a phone or DN is a matter of build a CSS for that phone that
doesn't require an FAC.
You might look into building two CSSes that have everything in common
except the LD pattern.

Hello fellow listers,
Is there a way to exclude a specific DN/Phone or exclude a certain
outgoing long distance number from requiring the user to enter a Forced
Authentication Code?
We're running Call Manger 6.1.
