[cisco-voip] Upgrade to 6.1 to 6.1.2 and vmware

Yeah, it appears to be a bug with older FTP servers... newer ones,
like Filezilla and all SFTP apps seem to work fine...

I am wondering why the ISO didn't work and I got the 'unable to mount
local filesystem'
