[cisco-voip] Upgrade to 6.1 to 6.1.2 and vmware

One of my colleagues had the same issue a week ago ('unable to mount 
local filesystem') when applying a 6.0.1 ES over another 6.0.1 ES.
He took then the FTP-way, which was working...

Maybe it is an issue about the way the DVD was burned. I will try it on 
another lab system tomorrow, which is still running 6.1.1
