[cisco-voip] Unity Connection, 7945s and they funny noise they make together

On Cisco's Website thier is a bug labeled "Mixer should use comfort noise
payload 13" it could be this issue.  I think a install of the latest update
should resolve it.  I will give it a try and let you know.
