[cisco-voip] Licensing on UCCx upgrade(or what ever you call it)

I'm upgrading CM 4.1 to 6.1 and UCCx from 4.0 to 5.0

since it's a format reload / reconfigure / etc.  How does the licensing
work?  Do I just use the same license files?  send them to licensing and
they send them back?  What is the proccess?
