[cisco-voip] Licensing on UCCx upgrade(or what ever you call it)

When I did this, they sent me an upgrade license file. To get everything to
work, I had to load the upgrade file, followed by my license files from 4.0.

Everything worked except my HA license, I had to do some fighting and
escalating back and forth with their licensing group before they would issue
me a new license that enabled that on 5. Definitely leave plenty of time in
your plan for getting licensing sorted out just in case there is a problem.
