[cisco-voip] T1 half working half not

For some reason a T1/PRI got into a crazy state that appeared unregistered on CCM but up/up on the show controllers on the router. Inbound calls from the PSTN were not routed to the next port. I had to go in and do a shut/no shut on the controller in order to get it back up and running.

Any idea what could cause this? The router shows "System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x6073C820, address 0xB0D0B0D at 03:26:26 EDT Sun May 4 2008".

I'm just wondering if this is something we should open a TAC case for and have some hardware replaced.
