I don't have the link but Cisco has published a document specifically
aimed at that Rauland-Borg integration.  It was written for CM 4.x but I
doubt anything has changed that drastically.  I used it as a guide to
integrate with a Dukane nurse call system.  It worked great with only
minor modifications. Should work for you with fewer mods (or none?)

I have a client that I am installing UCM 6.0 for and they are
implementing A Nurse Call Back system that will communicate to my Call
Manager with 6 analog lines in a hunt group. Has anyone implemented a
solution similar to this? I need some insight in how the this system has
to connect to the Call Manager. I am going to be connecting the six
lines to a VG224. Any information on the integration of Rauland to UCM
would be helpful.
