[cisco-voip] Operations Manger alerts on Voice Gateway T1 OperationallyDown

Installed Operations Manager 2.0.3, getting alerts from many AS5300 voice gateways about interrface OperationallyDown.  I don't think it's the D-Channel but calls on B-Channels going up/down.
 
I know a ISDN Voice PRI will have the channesl go down/up all day,  I recall adding the below to remedy, anything else I should add?
 
interface serial0/0/0:0
 no logging event link-status
no snmp trap link-status
