[cisco-voip] VG248 Spontaneous Reloads

We have been experiencing an issue with more then one of our VG248.
They seem to be spontaeously restarting for some as of yet unknown
reason.  We contacted TAC and almost immidiately they issued an RMA.  We
replaced the two units, and upgraded all firmware to the lastest.  The
issue still continues however.  
 
Has anyone else seen this behavior before?
