I enable on my nic cards Qos for 802.1q and still doesn't work any other
ideas? And separate voice and data VLAN

Are all your agents using the same type of PC and network card? Some
network cards can't properly handle 802.1q tagged frames if you are
running separate voice and data VLAN's.
