Thanks Jorge,

I've got a call in to the telco right now for that very reason,

This ISDN Disconnect cause code says the local telco switch cannot provide the option requested. I will let you know what we get.

If you call from an outside number, I.E. a cell Phone, Do you get a Telco Trap Message?

I saw this on your trace

Called Number=95202967699(TON=Unknown, NPI=Unknown), Calling Translated=FALSE,
.

.

.

        Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2
                Standard = CCITT
                Transfer Capability = Speech
                Transfer Mode = Circuit
                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
        Channel ID i = 0xA98397
                Exclusive, Channel 23
        Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '4809214459'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National
        Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '5202967699'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National

Your Type of Network (TON) seem to be off. Could be your Telco does not accept Unknown or Maybe even national.

This looks like a good starting Point.

H323.

Appropriate call experience for the customer. Customer should know what happened to the call whether number is out of service, busy, call did not go through, resources unavailable, etc.

Is this PRI connected to an MGCP or H323 gateway?

If you know for a fact that the called number is disconnected, why do you care if the caller receives dead air or a telco message?

User (4809214459) calls a disconnected number (95202967699) and instead of getting the message this number has been disconnected, user gets dead air. I did a debug voice ccapi inout and a debug isdn q931 and these are the results. I can see there are bad information elements and I think the repair is creating a translation profile to make type/plan unknown, but I am not sure. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
