[cisco-voip] Finding unassigned user device profiles and users with no profiles

correct, in 6.0 there is no longer a Cisco OU.  any remaining Cisco OU 
in your AD is strictly a leftover from a previous 4.x integration.

With 5.x and later all cisco attributes are stored in the informix 
database rather than in the AD structure.
