[cisco-voip] lookup caller name?

Speaking of dream features... does anyone have a neat solution to
perform a caller id lookup and insert a caller name?
We have 40 phones on a CM 5.1.3 connected via a MGCP 2811 w/PRI to a
Nortel Option 81 with ~700 phones. We are gradually transitioning
customers to IP phones.
We've ran smooth for over a year now and folks are happy with their new
phones except the Nortel doesn't send the caller's name. As we replace
more Nortel phones that had displayed previously, this is becoming more of
an issue.
Rumor has it we need another software upgrade on the Nortel that includes
the feature... however spending the money on the Nortel means not spending
money on new Cisco phones, and delaying our migration even further.
Is there something we can do with a personal directory? A router?
JTAPI? A Cisco PIMG? Third party app? Trixbox?
Thanks,
John
