[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility Problem

emservice logs will show more detail.  you can collect these throught 
RTMT or cli:

admin:file list activelog tomcat/logs/em/log4j/*
emapp.bin                               emapp00001.log
emapp00002.log                          emapp00003.log
emapp00004.log                          emservice.bin
dir count = 0, file count = 6

admin: file get ....
