[cisco-voip] MGCP Gateway Calling Number Manipulation

System->Service Parameters->(server)->Cisco CallManager.  At the top  
will be a button to show the advanced parameters.  Once you click  
that and the page reloads search for "incoming calling party".

Ø  Check out the CCM advanced service parameters starting with "incoming
calling party". This will automatically prefix digits on the calling
party number for national, international, etc calls.
