Ryan – I’m familiar with advanced service parameters but I’ve never seen
anything for Incoming Calling Party where you can specify prefix digits for
national, international, and so on.  I’m running CUCM 6.1.  Am I looking in
the wrong place?

 

 

 

Ø  Check out the CCM advanced service parameters starting with "incoming 
calling party". This will automatically prefix digits on the calling 
party number for national, international, etc calls.
