[cisco-voip] lookup caller name?

IOS commands I can script! I just haven't found any command related to
setting the caller name, but maybe I am not looking in the right
documentation?
The closest thing I found to setting the caller name was in a SIP command
that set it for all calls.
I wondered about using VoiceXML or "MGCP scripting" but 1) I don't know
anything about them and 2) from what little I could find on cisco.com, it
doesn't look like it would work anyway.
Can I somehow do it with a dial-peer for each Nortel extension that
matches on the incoming (from Nortel) and sets a name?
