[cisco-voip] CCME IP Phones Logo and Directory

[new look]

Dear All,
How can I set my company LOGO to our IP Phone 7906,7911,7940 we are using CCME4.1?
 
Also How can I add the directory of our Call manager at another branch in the ip phones in our branch which use CCME4.1?
