[cisco-voip] CCM 4.x MGCP T1 E&M Wink Start

All,

I am trying to figure out if a number is coming inbound to a E&M Wink Start
T1 configure in MGCP. The 'debug ISDN q931' for the reason that it is not a
ISDN PRI. 

Any help is welcomed.
