yes you are right. Gateway prefixes are just like area codes or let it
be more clear by resembling with the Default Gateway in your router.
When a route request come to gatekeeper which has no speicific
destination, Gatekeeper look upon its technology prefix and send the
request to the gateway with maching prefix.
