[cisco-voip] Calls Priority is not releasing from a queue

I am using CM5 with (CRS)IPCC Express
Cisco Supervisor Desktop in Team Reports and "CALLS PRIORITY" IS
SHOWING 34 CALLS IN QUEUE and is not releasing the numbers of queues
After been route to our customer service now I do not know why is not
releasing to see the exact number of queues calls
Can any body tell me where I can refresh to be show the real number?
